Fee Payment & Fine Charges Rules for Session 2026-27

1. Mode of Payment & Fee Payment Window: Fees has to be paid Online only through School website www.valleyviewschooljsr.com or through the HDFC Qfix App on fee dates beginning from the 1st & ending on 30^th / 31^st of each Calendar month.

2. Late Fine (Unpaid up to 03 Months): If fee remains unpaid upto 03 months, after the monthly due date ending on 30^th / 31^st of each month, a late fine of ₹ 50.00 per month will be charged along with the usual fee.

3. Late Fine (Unpaid for more than 03 Months): If the fee remains unpaid for more than 03 months after the due date ending on 30th/31st of each month, a late fine of ₹ 100.00 per month of default, will be charged along with usual fee.

What should I do if money is debited but the receipt was not generated?

In rare instances of banking network latency, please allow 24 to 48 hours for automated bank reconciliation. If the receipt does not reflect on the portal, please email your transaction reference ID and student details to info@valleyviewschooljsr.com or contact the school accounts desk.

Can I pay fee in advance for multiple quarters or the full session?

Yes. The HDFC Qfix PayDirect portal allows parents to select and clear multiple upcoming months or full annual dues in a single transaction.

How can I retrieve past payment receipts for Income Tax (80C) rebate?

You can log in to Payment Link 2 (EduQfix), enter your student ID, and navigate to the "Payment History / Receipts" tab to download stamped PDF receipts at any time.

Are cash or offline payments accepted at the school counter?

As per school policy, all recurring tuition fees must be deposited Online only via the website or HDFC Qfix App to ensure transparent, automated bookkeeping.
