The school fee covers twelve calendar months which may be paid in monthly instalments only. No reduction is made for holidays or broken period. Students are liable to be charged full fees as long as their names are officially on the rolls.

A fee book will have to be purchased. All fees must be paid between 10th to 2Oth Calendar day of each month at the Bank of India, Telco Town Branch, except Sundays and Bank Holidays.

Parents and Guardians are requested to fill in all the particulars on the prescribed fee book before paying the fees.

In case the fee remains unpaid for two consecutive months (ending on the 2Oth of 2nd month) the name of the student will be struck off the rolls and he will be allowed to continue on payment of Late fine together with monthly fees and other dues if any.

Fees once paid will not be refunded under any Circumstances.

Results of Term and Promotion Examination will be withheld of those who have arrears in fees.

• Caution deposit for senior secondary students cannot be withdrawn in the middle of an academic year.

• Caution deposit is not refundable if student seeks, transfer to a local school.

• Caution deposit will be paid only on production of the receipt given at the time of admission in a school outside Jamshedpur.

• Any damage to the school property by a student (including lab Equipment) will be recovered from the Caution Deposit.
